1. Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product is damaged, broken, or defective

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must include original packaging and all accessories

2. Replacement Timeframe

  • You can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery
  • Requests made within 7 days are free of cost
  • Requests after 7 days may include applicable charges

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request:

4. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will proceed with one of the following:

  • Pickup Option:
    We may arrange a courier to collect the product from your address

OR

  • Self-Return Option:
    You may be asked to ship the product to our designated return facility

After the product is received and inspected:

  • Replacement will be shipped within 5 working days (self-return cases)
  • Or within up to 14 working days (pickup cases)

5. Important Conditions

  • No replacement for a change of mind
  • No replacement for incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Requests without video proof may not be approved
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

6. No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only replacements are provided for eligible cases.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
